   I’ve just received an excellent and professional service of ear wax removal from Mona’s pharmacy. My ears were blocked with ear wax and after being checked, with photos and videos, Mona’s were able to remove the ear wax successfully and my hearing is now so much better.

   I enquired about ear was removal and was given advice beforehand and quoted the price. When I went to the pharmacy everything was clearly explained in a very pleasant and professional way. After their investigation I was told my ears were clear and didn't need wax removal. They only charged me for the investigation and not the original quote for wax removal. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you

   Today I collected a prescription that was ready and waiting for me. The service was friendly and efficient but not only that they pointed out that I could pay for a pre-payment certificate and save money. I wanted something else, the pharmacy is well stocked and to top it off I had my blood pressure tested. Superb service.

   I have been using this chemist for over 10 years. Todays service was amazing I left the doctors heading straight to Mona Pharmacy my full prescription was ready, the team made me aware of the pre-payment NHS scheme for HRT medication (this means £19 upfront covers a whole years worth of HRT medication, ask your pharmacist or go online to the NHS website for more details). Hence, I have saved money on repeat prescriptions and then another team member offered to read my blood pressure. Great all round customer and community service. Big thanks to the Mona Pharmacy team.

   I want to praise a member of your staff whose name is Nehali. She was extremely helpful recently when I asked advice about an eye infection. After looking at my eyes she sold me Chloramphenicol eye drops. The drops cleared up the infection as was confirmed by a GP about a week later. The GP was complimentary about the help that Nehali gave me. Thank you.

   I called in to ask for help with an eye problem on Saturday. I couldn’t face going to the emergency doctor. The pharmacist was really helpful and also gave me lots of advice. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I haven’t been happy with this pharmacy in the last few years… one or two rude staff and a problem over opening times but I think things are improving and I do hope this continues. I will stay with them. Thank you for the help and a good experience.

   my grandparent has come to this pharmacy and on several occasions, has ordered over the phone , they made her feel as if she was in the wrong when they forgot her medication.This is the third time they have made my grandparent feel as if she was in the wrong.The staff were extremely extremely rude and unapologetic , they're becoming unreliable in their service , especially when some people are dependent on their medication. Horrible customer service . Don’t go here .
