I needed antibiotic ear spray for swimmer's ear. Inhave ordered from here before as I didn't want to bother my GP. The online questionnaire is really easy to do and I got approved the same day. I received the spray two days later. Very quick and easy service if you don't mind paying for the medicine.
Easy from start to finish! I asked for order to be delivered on a particular day so I could be home to receive it and it all arrived as expected . I Like the App makes the experience more interactive. Outer box of the pen did arrive crushed but contents did not appear damaged.
The ordering of the product was simple with a short consultation beforehand. Excellent delivery time but the site said I would be given a discount. I had to talk to ibot to ask for it and was promised a refund but never got one.
I am really happy with the Mounjaro product and the prompt delivery. The price is very competitive. I am happy with email responses and tracking. But I was very unhappy at the start at not being able to speak to someone on the phone when 1st considering a purchase. the number keeps hanging up and is very unprofessional. Great service otherwise and recommended , but please sort out your phone line Health Express.
Efficient service, after asking a few details about my situation and being referred to a clinician for review, my situation was dealt with very quickly and I was even given a letter to provide to my GP explaining what the outcome was of my consultation. Clear communication from their clinicians with me throughout the process and fast service. Will definitely use again.
The parcel arrived when advised, all quick & good, but the amount of insulation was massive & I cannot help but feel there must be a less wasteful way of packaging? Maybe charge for an insulating box that gets returned? Or offer a collection service? The ordering & delivery was quick & efficent!
I do not recommend. I try to access the site, and it says that my email does not exist. They say deliver the next day, but it took days to assess my age. They called me to arrange the delivery date, we agreed for today, and the tracking says it was returned to the sender by the wrong address. There is no wrong address!!!! And I can't contact anyone even to pick up the product.
Good service, issue over contra-indications with one of my existing medications resolved over the phone with an alternative suggested. Dispatched quickly (message from Royal Mail) but delivery delayed a few days, not unexpectedly, by the Royal Mail postal strikes.
Ordered this because it promised next day. Because of all the time lost verifying my age ( for ear spray) which was not mentioned until after I placed order, this did not come next day, which would have been Friday. Nor over the weekend. Don’t know if it arrived at all as I am not at that address this week. Bought some from Boots! Might be OK another time as they now know hold old I am but this should flag up before you push the place order button.
