   Came to this pharmacy day before NY Eve because I had a sore throat. Was approached by a female Pharmacist who was extremely helpful & explained options for treatment & prescribed me medication suitable and checked whether it was ok with my other medication & all was good. I’m always nervous to take new medicines with my current ones but reassured me & now I’ve finished my course of antibiotics and I’m feeling much better all thanks to her. Great pharmacy with great service thank you.

   I have previously received very good service from this pharmacy, however my most recent visit (2/1/2026 at 9:15) was extremely disappointing. I went in to collect prescriptions that had been issued by my GP before Christmas and was advised not to take them until I had completed a blood test, which I fully understood. The issue was not being asked questions, but the rude and disrespectful manner in which the pharmacist spoke to me. I was questioned about why I hadn’t collected the prescription earlier, and this was done in front of other customers, with no regard for privacy or confidentiality, and while another member of staff was already serving me. The tone was inappropriate and made me feel uncomfortable. Pharmacies should be particularly mindful of patient privacy and professionalism. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will not be using this pharmacy again

   My experience with Greenchem Pharmacy has always been excellent since I started my journey with them which is quite a few years now. They always go above and beyond to help in all my family needs where we each have complicated medical problems.The pharmacist and staff are always friendly, polite and ever so helpful with extremely efficient service. Thank you Greenchem Pharmacy Team for the many years of excellent service and keep up the good work which is most appreciated.

   Never answer the phone when you try to call them. Came in to collect prescription and was left waiting for 20 minutes whilst all the rest of the staff were stood out the back, came to collect prescription again and was given a completely wrong prescription.

   The female pharmacist is rude and obniouxs not interested always abrupt with me and others. Not interested in my medical conditions when I try to explain. This is meant to be my local pharmacy but I'd rather go into croydon. Unless your a long time customer or a well to do person she's not got the time or day for you. Rude. 1star is to good I wish I could give zero.
