   We visited the store on Saturday, I went in to see if I could find some trainers I’d see a few months previously. Hannah the sales assistant went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for as they weren’t on the shop floor. She clearly knows her stock! I left a very happy customer with the trainers I wanted! Thank you Hannah you made my day! ☺️

   Genuinely pleasantly surprised at the quality of service we have received at NB Livingston. There is a great instore staff vibe and in particular Assistant store manager Stephanie has gone way above & beyond to help us more than once. Taking the trouble to call when things we were really looking for came instore. Quality staff making a quality store.

   The manager that served me on the 21st of July was so incredibly helpful and such a warm personality! When trying on the 9060s I thought I would be my usual size, however they did not have these, but the manager recommended going a size up and these fit absolutely perfectly! The customer service given to myself in this store has definitely made me a return customer!

   Just wanted to say thank you to Morgan who assisted me in store today. I’m just getting in to running and came in to buy a proper pair of running shoes but was completely overwhelmed with all the different types of running shoe. Morgan took me through all of the different options that would be suitable for my gait type and helped me try on the different varieties so I could feel the difference. With it being an outlet store, she also advised me the best way to see the full ranges online or in another store and at no point put any heavy pressure on me to purchase there and then. Incredibly knowledgable and friendly. A credit to the store :)

   Decently-sized selection of shoes, with lots of nice models to choose from. Sometimes outlets have ugly looking items for sale (and it is clear why they ended up at the outlet), but this was not the case, and I would have happily purchased the shoes on the high street, if I had found them! The shop assistant was really helpful with my queries about size/use and advised she had more sizes at the back, should the one I needed not be on display. Well priced too.
