   Decent gym it's got everything you need, gym,pool and sauna. States it's open till 9pm weekdays and 6pm weekends but you will be asked to leave 30 minutes prior. Sound gym for starting out like but not the best equipped if you want to get more advanced. Also they close the free weights side for an hour here and there when they have classes on which can disrupt your workout if you aren't aware of it.

   Went in today for my first session, and was so surprised by the amazing customer service displayed by the manager Scott! I felt so comfortable on the machines, and so welcome. Will 100% be returning, lovely and clean facilities, and the staff were exceptional! :)

   Absolutely awful for £21.00 for me an my daughter didn’t inform us there was swimming lessons on the pool is tiny the sauna was far too hot you couldn’t actually sit down in there changing rooms weren’t very clean door on shower didn’t lock an someone walked in on me dryer didn’t even work to drain our costumes the manger’s attitude was awful when I actually complained as we were only in for half an hour if that!! Certainly won’t be going again absolute disgrace for that amount of money !!

   WORST EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD. Me and my family booked a swim and was met buy a huge aggressive, intimidating, sarcastic, condescending member of staff on a power trip at the desk. We were told to get out, go home and read their rules before our next visit. After telling him we won’t be back, he then threatened us with the police. The Jacuzzi water was brown. The changing rooms where a dated and very unclean, showers didn’t work. When leaving, the member of staff verbally abused me in front of my children. Please Avoid….

   Awesome gym! Friendly staff at the door, great variety of cardio, weight machines and the free weight/boxing room was incredible. Clean, spacious, really impressive. Some locals didn't seem happy I'd used a bench at what was probably their usual time slot but I don't care, I was enjoying my workout! Was comical when one lad moved weights to inconvenience me putting my weights back - very odd behaviour! All in all, really good gym, especially for me staying in a hotel - great work team!

   If you are a family visiting this facility I warn you not to bother. The staff are off the charts rude and unhelpful Whilst on arrival you’re told there’s a family room for you and baby to get changed and store your things what is actually the case in this room: Nowhere for baby to remain safe as you get dressed Nowhere to store your belongings (only one locker so if there’s another family - you have to find another place to store your clothes) resulting in you walking past everyone in the lobby area in your swimming gear carrying your baby and all your clobber! The room is grubby You’ll be asked not to bring a float, turns out you can bring your own baby float - but they tell you this AFTER you turn up without yours They provide floats (that haven’t been properly pumped up) - if you do comment on this you’ll be told that they’ve offered you a float so why aren’t you happy !!!!! If you actually want to get clean afterwards- I wouldn’t ! The shower floods the ‘family room’ and best of all because there’s nowhere to hang your belongings off the floor all your belongings will be soaked ! And you’ll be trying to keep your baby from having another swim on the manky flooded floor. If you try and highlight this to the female manager you be promptly told that they’ve provided everything and she never told you it was a family room ! Honestly THE WORST PLACE and worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

   Came here for a nice little swim to be told you have to book in to go swimming! When I looked at the pool it was empty!!!! I am glad I didn't swim here as it is over priced for such a small pool that isn't even big enough for 2 people to swim next to each other when they do swimming lessons here... Stick to a Lifestyles much cheaper and bigger pool's
