Prescription of my patches been sent since 18th December 2025, yet to be delivered. I have been calling since no one pick up.
Do not trust this pharmacy with your prescriptions or delivery. Also, they are so rude. More hassle than it’s worth. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
No doubt busy and a bit of a wait - but sincerely impressed with how the staff conduct themselves and are personable. Greeted many customers by their names as they entered the store and clearly care.
Was sent in by 111 in for an emergency prescription of my migraine tablets, he man barely listened to me then told me to wait. After 20 mins waiting he told me he couldn't give me an emergency prescription as I hadn't been with the pharmacy for at least 3 months. This is simply not true, and I checked with a doctor in my family. When I tried to discuss it he barely seemed to be following what I was saying, and did not seem interested in understanding. I had a migraine at the time and actually started crying and the staff member just walked away. Went to the pharmacy in Morrisons over the road, which I had never been to before, and had my medication within 15 mins. Avoid at all costs.
I am standing in line to collect my prescription and a staff member is behaving so grotesque telling another member of staff to shut their face. Just do your job and leave the horse play to AFTER work. You have a few 1 stars time for new management. Staff need attitude correction.
Worst pharmacy I ever seen. They are close multiple times during their opening hours. I decide to start calling them before I walk there to check they have my prescription and that they are open. I don't know if their staff is severe undertrain but they never have my prescription in the day. Last time after 3 days of them "not having my prescription" and need it as it as I was running out of my medication. They send me to my GP to get an emergency prescription. When my GP told me that 100% they received my prescription the same day that I asked my GP, the GP had to give me a serial number so they could find me. And magicly after 3 days they found me. When I when to collect my prescription the where on lunch time. Something that its not advertise anywhere. I been talking around the neighborhood about them and EVERYONE had problem with them and they are going to other pharmacies. I can't understand how this place is still open, when the have a massive lack of consideration on how the products the sell affect people's life. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST
By far the worst pharmacy I’ve been in. Staff just decided that they wouldn’t fill my prescription that they’ve been filling for months and refused to tell me why. Avoid if possible.
This is my local pharmacy - the staff are lovely, despite how insanely busy the place is. They always serve with kindness and compassion.
Awful place. Can’t rely on them to be open when they say they are or perform services when they say they can. I won’t be coming here again. Plenty of places nearby. Boots on Rye Lane or places in New Cross are better.
