   I have been using the pharmacy since they opened the doors years ago . Lenny and his lovely wife are so friendly, helpful and so informative and go above and beyond to help their customers with their health needs and it is also apparent in all their staff.

   I've used this pharmacy for many years and have always found the staff (gentlemen) very polite and welcoming. Unfortunately the last two visits I have had my prescription collected for me and on both occasions the pharmacist (a female pharmacist) was quite rude and very abrupt and unhelpful. I have found this same pharmacist quite rude and unhelpful in the past when collecting a prescription for a child. Such a shame because we've always appreciated the service we've received in the past by the other staff.

   Please do not go in there if you have an emergency or you need emergency medication! I've been using this Pharmacy for my repeat prescriptions & health goods for the past two years, only to find out they don't have my details on the system on the day I need an emergency inhaler. I first called my GP to request an emergency prescription but was advised to quickly go to a pharmacy to dispense and then order the prescription on my behalf. I walked in there while actively having an asthma attack with tears on my face, only to be told to download an NHS app and request it from the app. Unfortunately for me, the apps did not work, lift my phone to show them as I could not speak at this point due to my lungs closing and wheezing. I told them they are my registered Pharmacy at my GP, but they could not find my details on the system despite being a loyal customer for the past two years. I was told, "you will have to pay for this" I nodded my head in agreement and brought out a payment card and pay before they gave me an inhaler. The worst part was, whilst I was leaving, a customer asked the female pharmacist what happened, and she replied, "we have to follow protocol and just can't dispense medication; we only do it for elderly people." I felt ashamed and feels like they were talking about me whilst leaving the shop. To the two ladies that served me on the 7th of June 2021 between 10:28-11am, a little compassion, a little act of kindness, would have made the ordeal of having asthma attack a lot better.
