I can’t thank this pharmacy enough. I walked in not feeling quite right and asked for a blood pressure check. The staff saw me straight away without hesitation—and it turned out my blood pressure was dangerously high (190). They acted immediately and advised me to go to A&E straight away. Thanks to their quick response and professionalism, I got the urgent care I needed at the hospital. It’s rare to find a pharmacy that truly puts your health first, but this one absolutely did. Friendly, efficient, and genuinely caring—I’m so grateful for their help. Highly recommend to anyone who needs proper health advice and attention.

Nice team but seems to be really expensive. £9.99 for a packs of Lemsip tablets vs £5.50 at Boots. I understand the need for a price difference, but seems a bit excessive.
Awful customer service. I had a food poisoning and went asking for assistance and instead thet were all doing paper work and filing presciptions. I waited long time to the point that I almost fainted and decided to go to the pharmacy on the opposite road. Got taken care of and helped.
Excellent and friendly service. I had been to the pharmacy close to my house for a form to extend my free subscription. They didn't have it. The GP service didn't have one either, even though they should. So I took a punt at getting one from Pyramid Pharmacy in Bermondsey. Not only did they have the form, but they provided it with a smile, unlike my local pharmacy and more worryingly the grumpy receptionists at my GP surgery. So, top marks, you wonderful women. I salute you!
Excellent service:) I went there asking information about my skin tag what I decided to try to remove myself. As soon they saw it they were super helpful and they removed it within 10min. Everyone was super friendly and informative. I had many many times awesome experience with them. Thanks for the whole staff
