The receptionist are incredibly rude. Waited over 45 minutes for my father’s prescription and when asked she just rolled her eyes and was very rude. I can see them chatting at the back and laughing and it’s super frustrating. Most of the people waiting are sick/ cancer patience, they need to think about that and have a kinder compassionate approach. Honestly disgraceful.

It’s 4:45 pm. No one else waiting at all. Told by doctor standard med is awaiting collection. Had to sit there for 35 minutes for collection!!! Only came after I asked again!!! Total waste of time!

The lady in the hijab is very rude she spoke to me in a very degrading way. I think her name was mariyah? Marya not sure what it was. I can tell she treats her staff horribly I’m not sure why anyone would want to work there. Very bossy person and the professionalism is not there it’s not always good to have a high ego especially if your dressing modestly you should be a reflection of good I assumed. She kissed her teeth at me whilst I asked a question on how long my medicine will take. I will be taking this up with my legal team as I do not come to pharmacy to be treated like that.Im a 63 year old man I’ve been attending this hospital for over a decade it’s sickening She needs to be replaced as she is the opposite of professionalism.

I've never written a review before, but this absolutely is the worst pharmacy super unorganised rude and unhelpful. Waiting time is horrendously long. They have chemo patients waiting hours and then giving only half medication without checking properly and then blaming patients. They would not give me all my medication even though I have a prescription code they didn't check they are rude, and I'm still waiting for just one box of medication. They are just in the room doing god knows what chatting while sick people are out here waiting with their tickets. Getting your prescription shouldn't have to take this long. This pharmacy is such a poor representation of this otherwise good hospital. The staff need serious training and better work ethics only one lady communicated properly the other two staff members one lady in a hijab and the other short European not sure where we're really rude and unprofessional slamming the window at me. And then lying to her colleagues that I said I didn't want my medication which I never said having to wait even more for their incompetence. A review is not all I will be doing as this affects everyone. Making sick people wait outrageous hours and the rudeness and unprofessionalism of the staff is not something that should be made normal. 0 STARS

Please. Don’t bother coming here after you’ve been seen. Go to your local GP. You will be waiting literally hours to even be seen. Then hours to get your prescription. You’d be quicker travelling to Manchester.

If the delays are due to staffing, then this needs to be addressed, most people waiting hours are unwell, uncomfortable and the whole process can be quite testing. Or why can't prescriptions be sent to our local pharmacies?

Around 1 hour wait even for paper prescriptions, so they should warn people. But the staff were polite and professional. So, most likely, too short-staffed.

No one serving, queues that never move. Clueless! I waited for 20 mins but life's too short, other more patience people had been there for over an hour. Went to my GP to get the prescription instead.

If I could review with zero stars, I would. Simply a joke. A 2 hour wait for medication prescribed across the hospital by a consultant. The whole process from registration to tests to finishing with the consultant took 45 mins. But then it took this shower over 2 hours to box up my medication. Then I asked for a copy of the prescription so I could get the meds on repeat at my local GP, to be told: "Just give them the box." I voiced my concern that wouldn't work and have just been proved correct with my doctor. An absolute joke of an excuse for a chemist. And they don't care either, because where else are you going to go for specialist meds? Despicable and not fit for purpose.

This is an embarrassment of a pharmacy. 2 hours waiting in the queue. Surely something needs to be done. Horrible horrible service. God help you if your sent their for your medication. I would rather eat glass chips than use this pharmacy.
