Boots One New Change pharmacy have the most helpful pharmacists in London. Any time I need urgent medication or advice they’re always friendly, helpful and attentive- especially Nina. :)
Rang this store today (26.05.25 @ 3:40PM) had a really rude Asian lady from the Pharmacy department answer the phone. I wanted some help, and she was VERY dismissive and unhelpful. When I asked for her name and to speak to the manager, she hung up the phone. Her rudeness was unnecessary. Boots please look into the people you employ, having respect towards others does NOT cost.
Wonderful service from the Boots pharmacy at 1 New Change when I went for a routine blood pressure check. So grateful for Zahra’s prompt and kind attention and forwarding me to hospital A&E thus saving me from a potentially life-threatening situation. A great service and friendly and knowledgeable staff - highly recommended.
Just your usual good Boots. Pity about customers that can't read! A donations box being used as a rubbish bin.
