    Absolutely unacceptable and discriminatory service. The male staff member showed a complete disregard for my wellbeing and acted extremely unprofessionally. I came in to collect my painkiller prescription and was refused service because they were “closing in 10 minutes.” Moments later, the same staff member served someone who arrived after me, simply because he “didn’t want to do two orders.” This is disgraceful behaviour from a healthcare professional. Refusing necessary medication while choosing to serve someone else is not only unfair but dangerous. This level of laziness, unresponsiveness, and discrimination should not be tolerated in any pharmacy. I hope management addresses this, because no patient deserves to be treated this way.

    Rude, unhelpful and have no real clue on procedures the NHS advise. Their knowledge cannot be trusted. I will be finding another pharmacist, one that is empathetic, clued up and takes their role in society with grace.

    I don’t normally leave reviews but iv really had enough of how rude the male pharmacist is here, really arrogant and blatantly rude. I asked to speak with a pharmacist today and he blatantly said he wouldn’t in front of me for no reason extremely unprofessional. On the other hand the female pharmacist here is lovely and helpful she stopped what she was doing to assist me when the male pharmacist couldn’t be bothered! Please do not be fooled by false 5 star reviews!!!! Such a shame customer service should be important

    This pharmacy truly deserves 5 stars! The staff are not only friendly and professional but genuinely care about their customers. Every visit feels welcoming, and they always take the time to help with any questions. On top of that, their prices are very competitive—often better than elsewhere. It’s rare to find such a great combination of excellent service and affordability. Highly recommended!
