We purchased ibuprofen 400mg tablets from your pharmacy after our appointment at the Soho NHS Walk-in Centre last month. Today, when we went to take the medication, we discovered it expires in January 2026. We trusted you, but why did you do this?! Isn't this harming people?! Selling patients medication that's about to expire is a legal offense, you know?! We will file a complaint!!

Why it is now closed on weekends? I’m working during the week, wanted to pick up my prescription as always on the weekend and now the opening hours have changed? How someone working full time can get their prescription?

The service here is absolutely unacceptable. I called ahead to confirm that my medication was available through their suppliers — they assured me it was. Based on that, I asked my consultant to send the prescription directly to them. Now that I’m in store, they inform me they don’t have the medication and can’t even order it. This level of disorganization and unprofessionalism in handling patient needs should not be tolerated.

Watson's pharmacy, here in Frith Street Soho Village I've known for some years. My GP is in the same building. Everyone is so helpful and kind. Of course it is reliable as a dispensing pharmacy. Boots?? "are made for walking"..to Watson's for the extra ingredients we need and value..charm and thoughtfulness. CH

Great help in a whole different country. A little hard to find, the store front doesn’t face the street.

A fantastic team! Went out of their way to find what I needed. Popped into three(!) Boots along the way, which were either understaffed, lacking stock or both. I should have headed here straight away. They were knowledgeable, patient and most importantly, found the items I needed after a minor traffic-related accident this morning. Thank you!

Disgusting. I went in for an emergency prescription for three days if antidepressants as I'd forgot to get my repeat over the bank holiday. They told me it wasn't an emergency as it wasn't a physical problem and that mental health issues don't fall under their criteria for giving out emergency treatment. I only needed two days and I'm on a high dose, I had my I.d my online prescription details and an old box of my prescription but as I was showing them they just walked off into the back ans ignored me. Went to boots and they gave me five days no problem
