   Got a call out same day and had plenty of information about when the engineer would come. Engineer was very friendly and was thorough in explaining his work and what would be next. While they weren't able to provide the part, they were very quick in coming back with details.

   Stuart was amazing. He had a super tough and physical job on his hands with our washing which was definitely in need of some TLC. The machine ended up needing almost an entire deconstruction to diagnose and fix the problem. He was polite and remained calm and friendly throughout the much longer than expected job - even when having to troubleshoot further issues with the machine late on into the visit. He refused to quit and was adamant to leave us with a fully working machine - which he did. Stuart’s a credit to Lothian Domestics and we’d definitely recommend them and use them again.

   Like any other busy family my washing machine goes non stop so I was panicking when it stopped working. I was able to book an appointment online for the next day. Received lots (and lots!) of reminders that’s the engineer was coming so there was absolutely no question of missing him. Clear, up front pricing and my washing machine was working again the same day. Cannot fault them at all.
