   Took my son here for Pharmacy first, waited over 20 mins.they automatically prescribed my son antibiotics without goint through clinical pathway or checking his ear or ask if his allergic to penicillin. ZERO PATIENT CARE and to top it off the strength antibiotics was the inncorrect. Were currently in a&e with a serveAVOID THIS PHARMACY.

   I use this place to collect parcels, terrible customer service, to busy talking to friends, when I complained, looked once at my code, one ate the parcel and told me it was the wrong code. Had to go home and check, it was correct, went back and she handed me the parcel, I asked why it was the right code now but not earlier.... she just shrugged her shoulders... I told her due to the insulting and poor service, that I would not be using this place again. Would give it a minus 5

   I picked up my prescription contents on 4.3.25. I have been going there for years. I think the youngish Indian man (clean shaven) has always been really nice. The other people who do them are nice too. They are incredibly efficient. The older Indian lady on the front counter is fine most of the time. This evening she smiled at me a lot and was polite and helpful. She does long hours and is constantly dealing with multiple customers. She often gives customers endless time if they have a query about a product. Sometimes the queries are quite obscure or unusual. I would recommend this pharmacy highly. It is so much more efficient in terms of prescription pickups than a leading pharmacist on the high street.

   Don’t bring your yodel parcels here, she rudely rejected my parcel for being too ‘ big’ to send when it was a medium sized parcel. She needs to have a sign or something to clarify this or come off yodel system as I wasted my journey coming here. She acts like serving is an inconvenience and always has an attitude.

   Went yo return a parcel, the lady at the desk said she doesn't want that size box in her shop. I challenged her with regards to her contractual obligations with the retailers; she said they know about her not wanting a big box in her shop. The box was the size of a microwave sent by the retailer. I phoned the retailer and informed them and they told me there are no such arrangements of refusal with collect plus points. Very despicable service....unprofessional!!!!

   One of the workers has no manners and was very rude to me. People like him shouldn’t be working with the public especially if you are dealing with elderly and sick people.

   They are never open when they supposed to be open. One time I went there to collect a parcel at 9.30am, It says they should be open at 9.15am, they were closed! I called back a bit later that day asking what time they open just to confirm the Google was correct and the guy answered and said they open at 9.15am, when questioned what had happened this morning he said they were just 10mins late! Okay it happens. Today I left work very quickly to come and get a parcel I needed tonight because I have been at work all day. It says they close at 7.30pm and guess what I get here and they are CLOSED! Like it takes the mick because some people are at work all day and except the shops to be open when it should be open!! I got here at 7.23pm, there is no reason why the shutters are down before 7.30pm which is their closing time!!! Let's see if they will open at 9.15 tomorrow morning!!! Won't be sending my parcels here anymore!
