   I’ve been going to this chemist for years and never had a problem, the last year it’s changed. Not the best customer service, never answer the phones and take forever to wait for your prescription. They tell you they do not answer because they are busy. But yet upon arrival the pharmacists are at the back chatting and giggling or on breaks.

   Good service plus they will order items for you. I was able to sit while I waited for my prescription which was imperative to me as I have a bad leg ulcer

   Disrespectful, despicable person at the counter talking down on customers and disrespecting individuals who are unable to speak English. I will be formally making a complaint to NHS for the lack of integrity and respect they show with blatant racism towards specific groups.

   I went to go pick up my medication today to find my pack of tablets for migraine already open and having only 4 tablets in there when it is supposed to be 6. I’ve repeatedly tried to call them however they are not answering. Very dissatisfied.

   Ideally located with entrances from the Health Centre and from the street. Good size with seating available for anyone that needs to sit while waiting. Does get busy with patients from the surgeries at the Health Centre.
