   Just want to say a big thankyou to Puja, my brother has been discharged from hospital and I was having a nightmare going between his GP and the hospital trying to sort out his medication. I was getting pushed from pillar to post but when I went to the chemist, Puja spent the time with me and made the necessary phone calls while I was there. She took so much pressure and stress of of me and my brother and can not thank her enough. Excellent service from someone who genuinely cares. I wish more people were more like her.

   I was there today and tried to get a medicine. I showed the staff member a picture, and she gave me a brochure explaining how to obtain it. She was kind and really tried to help, which is why I gave two stars. I also needed around 20 packages, but they probably wouldn’t have been able to provide that many anyway. As for the remaining three stars, I’m not sure about the other staff. The other items didn’t interest me, and they seemed quite busy.

   Wanted to give 1 stars but google wouldn't let me. The oldest man there was helpful and did chase up with his staff. However there is no excuse to wait 20 / 25 minutes for a prescription. My first time there after moving to this part of town Will definitely be my last I would rather walk 20 minutes to Haywards pharmacy in bush hill park who deal with this in 5 minutes tops Avoid!

   I have only used this pharmacy once, and I cannot but praise them enough. It was Friday before bank holiday and I had need for medication following a cataract operation. My long term pharmacy felt they could not help. This pharmacist secured adelivery from wholesaler, and delivered it to my home that afternoon. What service! Robert Grant
