Very helpful and accommodating. Christmas Eve and I arrived 5mins before closing for an urgent prescription of antibiotics for my brother and they were superb. Would highly recommend their customer service.
Absolutely brilliant service! We came to this chemist after calling 111 & being referred here for an out of hours appointment with the chemist to treat my daughter’s tonsillitis. They were very attentive, kind and prescribed the necessary antibiotics. She was feeling extremely unwell, so it was a godsend that they’re open late, and that patients can be assessed and given the medication they need then and there. Thank you for everything.
Last Saturday I was there for flu jab. It was amazing l have not feel pain nor bleeding. Also it was 11 pm at night. Thanks for all team been always helpful. Great job.
I visited Kowllebgle Pharmacy for the first time to pick up my mum's medication, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The late opening hours were incredibly convenient, and the staff provided excellent service. Thank you for making this service so smooth!
Very convenient and not too expensive, but they are incredibly, incredibly slow.
I called to ask about a medication and the pharmacist didn't seem to care or ring the supplier to find out if they had the medication. When asked if she can ring the supplier to find out she just said "No" I rang back to ask her name as I am going to report her and she told me her name and tried to excuse herself by telling me that she has tried to get that medication for someone before and they didnt have it. Its funny how once she realised that I will make a complaint, she says that. Your attitude was bad lady. You should be more professional.
I cannot praise this chemist enough - during this difficult time I have had to take over managing prescriptions for my Dad and the staff here have bent over backwards to help me and provide added value. It is very much appreciated.
