   Waited a week for medication to be made up after it was prescribed by my GP following an appointment. Initially went the day after my appointment and was told I had to wait for a text. No apology when I collected. After that, never went back!!!!

   Most horrible customer service ever. Staff are extremely rude. Have been very careless and have not sealed dosette boxes for us many times in the past for my elderly parents - surely this puts their health at risk? On top of this gives us a lot of attitude every single time we go there to ask for family prescriptions. If you lack people skills and are horrible to patients who have genuinely never done anything wrong to you, then why work in a customer facing role? The worst pharmacy experience possible.

   Really rude staff, they have made mistakes with my families prescriptions a couple of times now. Not apologetic, make you feel as though it’s your fault. I highly recommend the pharmacy next door. Much friendlier.

   I previously had bad customer service at this pharmacy before but decided to give it a second chance as everyone has bad days but second time it was worse. You are not informed when medication is ready and if you order it there is still no guarantee you will get it, there is no explaination or apology, this applies to the pharmacist only who is unhelpful and uncaring.I feel sorry for vulnerable customers who think they have no choice but they do, use the pharmacy next door for better treatment.

   Really nice staff and shop, however the repeat prescription service can be a bit hit or miss; they have always said it is the doctors surgery but speaking to a neighbour, they too have issues and it is a different surgery they use. Also, I see another google reviewer having issues too (again siting it is the doctors surgery). Hmmm?

   The Pharmacist and staff at Well Chingford have always been really helpful and willing to try to resolve any issues we have ever had with prescriptions. Unfortunately the Doctors Surgery we use always seems to muck something up with the new Electronic Prescription Service and are never helpful in trying to fix their mistakes but the team at Well Pharmacy are great and will contact the Doctors on our behalf and ensure we are able to get the correct medication asap! I really feel they deserve a lot of praise as they seem to be on the front line for a lot of abuse due to mistakes Doctors make and yet are still really kind and caring.
