   I’ve been a regular at this chemist for a while, and while most of the staff are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, I’ve had consistently negative experiences with the lady behind the counter. (The pharmacy part at the back when she prepares medication, I don’t know her name).I think she is the head or she may own it. She comes across as quite rude and unapproachable — she rarely smiles, and I often feel dismissed when I try to speak to her. On multiple occasions, it seemed like she didn’t want to assist me directly, instead passing me off to other staff members (who, thankfully, are great). It’s disappointing because she used to be warm and helpful, and I’m not sure what’s changed. I hope things improve, as it affects the overall atmosphere of the store.

   One of the most freindly pharmacies I have ever visited. My wife, daughter, son in law and grandson all regularly visit the pharmacy for our needs, and are always welcomed warmly by the staff. Ms Shalini and her staff are all very helpful, without exception. We always get sound advice about our health needs, vaccinations etc. This pharmacy has taken over the role which a GP Surgery was traditionally expected to do.

   In my opinion this is the best pharmacy in London. The staff are lovely and always willing to help you and choose the right product. The Asian lady that works there knows what she is doing and can give you advice better than most of the GP's.
