    Never anything in stock not even after a week of waiting to be orderd in. Only one guy is actually helpful and one woman gave me extra bits free.. But all in all bad service. For prescription

    Expect to set aside at least an hour if you ever need to phone them because it will display as "busy" almost constantly. Also lost an urgent prescription. Incredibly stressful to deal with.

    I spoke to a male employee today and I am very disappointed in the service I received from him. He wasn’t helpful at all and was very dismissive. He was treating me as if I was an alien and that I was speaking gibberish. I’ve been going to this boots for a long time and I’ve never experienced such service until today. I understand we are under pressure but I expect that they should treat costumers in a way that they feel valued and respected.

    The receptionist very rude and abrupt.. when asked for her name she mumbled it..think it was Doris/Dorothy. Definitely started with a D... Calling up because I needed a prescription for pain. Immediately "no we cant help you here you have to try your dentist" without checking my medical info. When I told her how rude she was being she then decided to check out my details to see if she could help. I've been coming here for many years and have never felt so disappointed in the service provided.

    Fantastic staff. I only go once or month but the pharmacist always remember my name and asks me how I'm doing. Once, I left my prescription in the Greggs across the road. I went to boots the next morning and they had it behind the counter for me :D
