   They’re part of the NHS Pharmacy First Service. It’s a life saver for those who can’t deal with symptoms for a week until a magical GP appointment arrives. Gianmaria served me. Nice quick and simple service. The consultation room is convenient for when we don’t wanna announce our symptoms in public. The staff are compassionate, kind and helpful. Thank you so much.

   I went in for help with a pharmacy matter I didn't mind being ignored by the 4 staff who busy with snall talk but their reluctance to help and lack of knowledge of their products was disappointing. I was laughed at despite my distress when I asked if their attitude is the reason so many high st Boots are shutting down! I went next door to superdrug and received excellent service with the same question asked. The Sydenham manager really letd Boots down as a company.

   This pharmacy went above and beyond to help me. When my medicine was in short supply I called them in a panic and was really stressed but the people on the other side of the line were compassionate and very patient with me. One particular pharmacist with blond hair was extremely kind to me and helped me get ahold of my medicine in the correct dose, even when my gp service forgot to add my dose to my prescription. When the gp fixed the issue and I got my electronic prescription, I called the pharmacy three minutes before closing in a panic to see if I could check if my prescription was all ok for my to get my next time I came in. I was on my last two doses of my medication and couldn’t afford a long wait time if I had to come in on a different day to put in the prescription only to find out something was wrong with it. So I was severely anxious. I honestly didn’t expect them to be so kind as to run my prescription’s electronic code very quickly for me even though they were about to close, just so I would be worried and stressed while waiting for my next day off to get my medicine. I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone in this pharmacy for making this experience so positive, for all you did to help me get my medicine during this time of low supply and for being so kind to me. :)

   An a4 piece of paper taped to the door stating that they are shut between 12:30-1:30. No where else on their sites does it state they are shut for an hour during the day

   The stuff works very slowly!!! They promised that the dose I need to have is written inside of the bag with medicine but there was not an exact dosage. There was only the leaflet with some dosages in different cases. And the staff didn’t return me my prescription of the doctor

   I went to the pharmacy section to find medication and this one white girl was no help at all, she told me to ask GP, and while I was there looking for it myself, she start whispering to the other white girl as if I wasn't there. The same product that she wouldn't help me with I went to the pharmacy down the load from boots and got help in 1min. I think they need to mix there staff because I could consider this as racism. Because I was black she gave me no help and start whispering about me and the product I wanted. Come to think about it I shop in this boots loads and they are always nice so I dont know where this white girl come from with her attitude and I was very nice in asking for what I wanted.
