   I went to a few pharmacies to try and get a prescription but no where had it. However, a lovely lady who works here went out of her way to contact my GP and sort a new prescription for me to collect the next day. I am so grateful as the medication is essential for me to have. A very kind, thoughtful and helpful pharmacy!

   Staff are very pleasant and professional. My medication hadn’t been delivered and the staff asked to take my blood pressure to make sure I was okay, as they had to re-order. The pharmacy was clean and tidy, also.

   This pharmacy used to be lovely, friendly, and very helpful. I've been going to them for years, but it has changed. I have recently transferred to a different pharmacy as the service has deteriorated, they never seem to have the right stock, but process/activate the prescription making it difficult for you to try and get it elsewhere. This happened so frequently that I decided to change. A real shame.

   I have just spent a full 10 minutes waiting to buy a box of paracetamol. The store was busy with people waiting to collect prescriptions but in the entire time I was there not one of the 3 people working there asked if anyone was waiting for service. I left without being served.

   Absolutely love this pharmacy. Generally do not have much trouble at all getting prescriptions or any other needs met. Staff are friendly and have no reservations in going the extra mile to assist. Can certainly recommend.

   Never had a problem. Quick service, polite and helpful staff. Has your basic needs. Handy for St James Practice. Are able to deliver regular prescription medication locally to those who cannot get out and have no one to collect. Just ask if they are taking on any new patients/customers.

   When they answer the phone they're fine. But it's so hard to get a hold of them so consistently that I can't give them any more stars. The staff are lovely and friendly when you're actually there but considering this involves medications and certain time frames for repeat prescription requests and such you would expect them to be more available. I've used them for about a decade now and don't get me wrong they're helpful. Just not always available when you need them. They quite often have miscommunication regarding medicines and prescriptions from my GP surgery as well so you sometimes literally get left without vital medications over a weekend.
