Was in twice 2 days before xmas on each day. Got help from a chap named Steven. The shop was heaving with people and the guy was cool calm and held it down checking shoe availability. Props to him, and all the staff busting their backsides right up until Christmas.
Customer service is absolutly disgusting , the young girl serving at till who spoke to me to ask" wit ma name wiz " as I was picking an online order up needs to learn customer service skills , while I was waiting all she done was chew chewing gum and curse and swear telling a story to another staff member the place leaves a lot to be desired
They made me wait for a track suit for 45 minutes and then they told me that the tracksuit was sent to a different shop and was lost in the post
Would rate 2.5 if I could, right in the middle! To many children running the store... don't want to be rude so will leave it at that.
Left waiting in a queue of 5 people with the current person being served already taking up a considerable amount of the young girl sales assistant time who was behind the till serving the customer. Meanwhile the young blonde female manager pretended to look busy fiddling with things that could have easily waited while she could have helped her colleague by' jumping ' onto a till. However she is obviously above this, she only took time out from fiddling around to snap at a customer who dared to approach her and they were rudely told to wait in the line. Congratulations, this kid manager has ensured I won't ever return to this badly ran branch. Her appearance is also not what you would expect for a manager. JD may want to offer this alleged manager a course in being professional and also good manners. Store also looks run down and disorganised.
Was exchanging a garment. Assistant was extremely pleasant and helpful. No issues.
Always seems to have good offers on trainers and clothing so worth having a peak when in the shopping centre
Range is a little bit smaller than you'd find in most JD Sports but the store itself is smaller too. The shop is clean and tidy and well organised.
Good sport shop with a wide selection of trainers and sportswear great for younger people however they are a tad pricey. I still buy from here if I need to and we shop here for our children.
