I am abroad at the moment and have to call to arrange my repeat prescription. I was "in the queue" for one hour and one minute the first time, then for over 20mins the second time and i have repeatedly called, with nothing but dismissal, since then. "Public service" - I don't think so.
Apparently we have to call the pharmacy direct for repeat prescriptions now so I have called Park Langley Pharmacy. It is now 48mins and 12 seconds that I have been on hold. There is no way they are legitimately unable to take a call in 48mins. Taking the piss out of people in need and in pain. Appalling. Update - after 1hr and 5 mins of being on hold I finally agve up. I then called Akasi Pharmacy just down the road and was answered immediately. They were friendly and helpful and I have hopefully now changed my "preferred pharmacy" in the system. Langley Park, if you find you are so bothered by people calling and turning up for pharmacy related things that you need to behave with such disrespect then maybe you aren't in the right industry.
I starting using this pharmacy under a year ago and have been so impressed by them. They are so professional, always go that extra mile to help with enquiries and are extremely friendly. I have never had an issues with obtaining the medication I’ve been prescribed, and if I’ve every needed them to follow up on anything for me, they’ve always complied with success. Cannot recommend them enough…

Cannot rate this pharmacy highly enough. Always so kind and helpful and recently my toddler was sick in there and they were just lovely and helped me clean her up. Such a nice place.

I have used this pharmacy for the past 2 years now as I had to appoint a nearby pharmacy in order to collect my prescriptions during the pandemic as instructed by my GP surgery. They are terrible at managing my regular prescriptions which I collect every 2 months and I am often blamed by the rude woman with glasses behind the counter for their poor computer records and the standard line is that I have to contact my GP. My GP is totally frustrated with this pharmacy as well as I am not the first patient complaining of this issue. I do eventually get my prescription filled after much running around on my part and by my GP. It's very frustrating and this pharmacy has some work to do to improve its service in this area. I am sure not all customers experience this problem but for myself, it comes as an unexpected surprise when on the rare occasion I come in to collect my prescription and it is ready for me without any dramas. Otherwise I think this is an excellent pharmacy, well stocked and with the exception of one terrible member of staff, a very helpful and professional service.
Great pharmacy There is a grumpy lady with glasses thats very very rude. She should of been not in this place i will find her name and i will report back.
