Definitely the place to go for windscreen/ window repairs! I had three other quotes for my smashed window and I received the best price for the original part from BMW. Communication was great and Tony, who was really helpful, came to fix as soon as the part came in and was done in less than an hour. Good to find an honest, reliable service!
What a wonderful pharmacy! All of the staff are friendly, polite and helpful. I never feel rushed and every member of the team always makes me feel welcome. If I have any health related questions I know I can always trust their advice. I find the service and the team at Macks Beckenham to be brilliant.

Was on the hunt for a highly reputable windscreen fitter in the London area. Bromley Windscreens has been given a 5 star rating with several great reviews throughout. Also a good friend used Bromley Windscreens for a new replacement windscreen on their vehicle a few years back and gave me a very high recommendation about Tony at Bromley Windscreens. I’ve called and spoke to Tony and booked a OE replacement windscreen for my Volkswagen Golf Mk7. Tony ordered the windscreen, due to work and other commitments we arranged a suitable date that was convenient which was today. I went to Tony’s workplace where himself and Matt fitted the new windscreen. Very happy with the work carried out, both Tony and Matt were both highly experienced and professional. Very happy with the OE windscreen fitted. Would quite happily recommend Bromley Windscreens in sourcing and replacing windows/windscreens for vehicles to family and friends. Called on a Sunday evening due to vandalism. Tony sourced genuine Jaguar part within 48 hours. Arrived nice and early, got on with the job with no drama and I was all done by 9:30 am Tuesday. Great service. Would definitely use again.
This is a pharmacy which is CLOSED between 1 and 2pm every lunchtime- exactly the time you might pop out to pick up a prescription when working from home. But then customer service doesn't really seem to be their focus. You get scolded to go back and close the door when you walk in and it stays open, you get ignored and talked over when you stand waiting to be served, you get shouted at by the pharmacist, told you've come to pick up too early and need to wait 48 hours (why?? Back in the day you would walk out of the GP practice with a prescription in hand and the pharmacist would dispense it straight away) and they ask you to give your address and personal details in front of other customers. That's less of a problem now of course, because most people are going or have gone elsewhere.
Absolutely incompetent. They loose prescriptions, claim they didn’t get them. Then they find them. No apologies. Then they are rude. Even the doctors opposite agree they are incompetent. Find somewhere else to go.
The worst pharmacy around the area. Always blaming the doctors for not sending prescriptions. Always told it’s never ready and 3 days wait. I get severe anxiety having to come in here as I forgot to change my daughters prescription over to my new chemist who are amazing. Elmers end pharmacy are the best. Never once had a problem. They are rude and always have a major attitude problem with anyone that comes in for help in here! I changed my pharmacy because of them and having to return yesterday to collect my daughters prescription, they are still the very rude and demanding people in here. Never again will I walk in here for the abuse they give! They don’t give medical advice they just shout at you! They All need to go and be re trained in customer service skills because they make you feel worthless in here! Avoid this place unless you like to be spoken down to or even shouted at!!
Absolutely awful place. Please do NOT use this chemist ! I used this chemist over 2 years ago and was very badly treated and promised I would never return till today. NOTHING HAS CHANGED. THEY ARE RUDE AGGRESSIVE, ARROGANT STAFF SERVING YOU. They often ignore you even when your standing at the counter. The miserable attitude by one of the staff is awful. I witnessed an elderly gentleman get shouted and badly treated it really upset me. Also is much more expensive. I paid over a pound more for one of my products. Do not use this chemist. Another chemist just along the road is ok.
Revolting experience at this chemist. C card scheme providers, a confidential Bromley service. And yet I was asked repeatedly for my name, DOB and personal information in order to receive the free contraception I am entitled to as a 21-24 year old. No means of complaining as the receptionist (extremely rude), IS the pharmacist. Was absolutely shocked to realise that this judgemental front of house was infact the pharmacist herself. Appalling place and will never be visiting again. Am are adding, humiliating and even worse when I called to make a formal complaint. In her own world this woman, and a nasty service full of judgement against young people.
