The staff are very polite and cheerful, they text ye when ye prescription is ready to collect which is fantastic, there is a lovely air, atmosphere there.

All Pharmacies have been under a great deal of pressure with COVID vaccines and offering a full range of health services. This is my chosen one and have found them excellent despite having to deal with multiple issues adding to their daily workload. I would always chose this one above all others around and my situation means I am there a lot more than most. I do not recognise some of the bad reports here and yet I am familiar with all the staff there personally and cannot imagine them being rude or disrespectful. Fully recommend this Pharmacy to all!
Went here for a private flu jab. There was no option of booking online so decided to walk in after my parents had walked in a few days ago. We got there and the man checking people in took one look at us asked us if we had a booking (no idea how this is possible as I already looked online) and said there is nothing available until 2nd October. Which happens to be tomorrow but he didn’t offer for us to book in (unlike other pharmacies we went to who didn’t have availability), he just wanted us to leave. Anyway we went to Peters pharmacy which was much nicer despite the fact they were actually busy.
I took my son here for his 2nd jab and we found the service exceptional. Very friendly and well organised staff. The Chemist and owner of the pharmacy put my 16yr old son at ease and informed us how the vaccine works and we all had a lovely chat about our name being the same as the chemist. We are of no relation as it turns out. We will definitely be coming back to get our boosters.
