Husband and I went in for our flu jabs and were seen by the pharmacists - they were lovely, kind and took the time to explain everything perfectly. They even laughed at my terrible jokes to be polite.
I visit this pharmacy monthly for my medication and I always find the staff extremely helpful and polite. A big thank you to the pharmacist will who is always on hand for helpful Advice. Well done downham, keep up the good work
I visit monthly for my medication, and always recieve a friendly service from all the staff. Always polite and helpful, especially William who thoroughly explained and guided me through a new medication I was about to take, as I was a little hesitant about it, but he totally put my mind at ease :)
Terrible service. The staff had no manners, nor explained that they were going to the back to have a discussion. I was told by the back off counter staff that they “could not use the till” but failed to explain that she was going to get somebody else to serve me, which is fine if a small conversation actually happens. The pharmacist who did serve me payment and stops in silence, not making any write contact. He didn’t even hand me my items, simply said “have a nice day” whilst leaving my items out of easy reach. I’m sure this is just an off day, but teach your staff some manners and respect when it comes to dealing with their service users, their customers. Thoroughly disappointed.
Staff have helped my father with his prescriptions on many occasions. When he was given a new inhaler by his GP but only prescribed the refill ( no device), they were fantastic.
don't like to normally write reviews yesterday on the 28th June I walked in to this pharmacy and I'm pregnant. I'm not hard to miss. You can believe that. The woman basically refuse to serve me. It felt very personal and I have no idea why. I was in a rush as I was going to a funeral and my husband had to come out of the car to see why I was taking so long. She was talking to another woman who already been served practically pretending she was busy which I know for a fact. And while we're standing by the till waiting to be served by her, she just ignored me and asked my husband what he wanted. He walked in there after me and he wasn't even waiting to be served. When she realised she had to serve she took her sweet time just flat out unprofessional. I don't expect anything from her she clearly did not like me all I expect from her is to do her Job that's All
This pharmacy just lost another two long-standing clients today. New pharmacist needs to learn some basic interpersonal skills. Manners cost nothing, my dear. The rest of the long-serving and loyal staff are an absolute delight to deal with but are rather let down by the latest (rather self-important) new arrival!
rude young phamarcy. no greetings just ask for my name to find my prescription and left the bag on the till and told me 'it's over there'
Very helpful. Pharmacist went to great lengths to explain how to use my new inhalers and answered my many questions about the purpose of the drugs.
