   I’ve visited atleast 4/5 times and always have an issue with being given my full prescription. I’m either instructed to come back for the rest or once I was even sent elsewhere. Not good at all

   Awful chemist. Used to use this one for my regular repeat prescriptions and have done for almost a decade. Changes over the last year or two have made it the awful. I was made to feel like an idiot and a nuisance when as, when they didn’t have a prescription with my diabetes medication in stock, I asked for my script to check other chemists. Horrid communication, not letting people know there are delays. Rude staff with no empathy. I will be avoiding them in future.

   I’ve been coming here for years, but after being spoken to in a derogatory manner( more than once) by the young Asian assistant with the long brown hair I just cannot go in anymore. She needs to know that the customers are not beneath her she is not more important or educated and should treat everyone with respect

   Sadly, I didn't have the positive experience others had. Watched the old woman behind the counter snatch medicine away from a lady when her card was declined. Then while I was being served by someone else and explaining the pain I was experiencing from a minor ailment, she rudely interrupted with "oh not this again" and told me to go to 111 or "if you're lucky your GP" and then went on a tirade about not having received some paperwork. By contrast, the pharmacist across the road couldn't have been more helpful and professional, took time to talk to me about my symptoms and gave me advice on treatment options and what to look out for. I know where to go next time.

   Do not use this pharmacy! Although exempt the pharmacist has actively demanded i wear a mask despite the consultation being on the shop floor where the till staff wore no mask! When i said i had breathing issues and exempt they have told me to leave and go elsewhere as they would not serve me point blank if i had no mask on. Baring in mind masks are now optional and taking into account my exemption this should not be happening and I shall report this matter to the General pharmaceutical council. Shame on you being pharmacists and not taking into account peoples exemptions.

   Didn’t spend long enough in what looks like a very well stocked store, the staff were helpful and it was possible to park outside (a rarity nowadays). Got my painkillers and went. To kill some pain (hence why I didn’t spend long enough here)
