I've only been in there a handfull of times, but i must say what a warm and comforting environment for a pharmacy, I noticed one young lady, justine, very helpful and a great smile, best staff for a pharmacy by far that ive been in, definitely recommend to all.

I visited my local chemist and just wanted to share what a wonderful pharmacy. The staff went out of their way to support me with my repeat prescription. When I was being served one of the regular ladies was helping an elderly lady so polite and patient Karen offered an amazing service. A gem of a chemist one of the better pharmacies in Bromley town.
Had a great experience at Scott’s pharmacy this weekend. Such great customer service despite the fact it was very busy, the staff there went above and beyond for me, couldn’t ask for much more.

Went into my local pharmacy today and was met with such warm and welcoming faces. One of the employees Monique was sp helpful and gave me so much information and help in regards to my chest infection. It’s so lovely knowing that this pharmacy has her on the team! 10/10 service x
