   Really helpful staff, the pharmacist himself is excellent. It does get very busy being close to a doctor’s surgery but don’t let that put you off. I think people complaining are not acknowledging how much the pharmacist has to do these days. I get all my families meds here plus I pop in for advice when needed and I will continue to do so.

   Extremely rude staff. My mother went to collect a prescription which the dentist had forgotten to sign and instead of politely informing my mother of this they were extremely rude to her in a passive aggressive manner. This was extremely unnecessary as it was only a prescription for mouthwash. I recommend avoiding this pharmacy and using Harris Pharmacy in Grove Park instead.

   Typing as I’m waiting for the prescription to be “approved” by the pharmacist… but I have been waiting for more than 30 min with a 3 months old, This system is ridiculous! The place is full of people waiting but he’s busy with vaccinations and they don’t want to disturb him. Dreadful service! I will give zero stars if possible.

   There are six people working here as I wait for my prescription. I am the only person that has come in with a prescription in the last 20 minutes and I am still waiting. I have a three week old baby in tow. Incredibly frustrating and ridiculously slow.

   Haven’t had medication for over a month, when finding out that my doctors wasn’t emailed at all or suggested that my meds wasn’t even ordered (while I have the order number from the doctors)

   I order my medication each month over the phone with these lovely people. They are pleasant on the phone. They only allow a certain number of people in at a time which is good. All round great experience with them.
