The best service & advice. This pharmacy is the best for travel vaccines. The staff are friendly & the online prescription service has never let me down. I would totally recommend them.
Great service, staff were polite and friendly. Went in for a walk in flu jab and was seen quickly, all done within 15 minutes.
Lies and incompetence - if you speak to anyone on the phone - take their name and record the call. Because once you arrive you will hear total lies and rudeness, accusing you of being wrong , giving insufficient information etc . You will be gaslit as the pharmacy is only after the most expensive services it can provide but cannot admit this over the phone as they avoid nhs services they are legally required to give. Do not hesitate to complain to the pharmacy regulator if you have an issue - this place should be shut down and license removed.
Came here as Patient Access had them listed as a place that helped with earaches. It was closest to me and still about a 40min train ride + walk over. It seemed more like they had more excuses than solutions, and even suggested I had something more serious - it turns out that they aren’t allowed do ear exams anymore as they aren’t doctors. I could’ve gotten the same advice I got from another pharmacy closer to me. Otherwise as a pharmacy they are a pharmacy.
I had a brilliant experience with Caxton today, after unsuccessfully attempting to obtain travel vacvinations from my GP (or at least a written copy of my vaccination history) for many weeks. They fitted me in on the same day. I had a lovely lady speak to me on the phone, and 2 knowledgeable, efficient Pharmacists. They were running a little behind and huge apologies were made. Thanks again to the whole team for a great experience, will be recommending you to friends and family!
Ever helpful pharmacy with good advice. They have helped enormously when we have had an urgent prescription requirement - they take the misery out of trying to contact the GP! A good team of friendly staff

I have been a customer since June 2008, and over these 14+ years I cannot fault them. Every single member of staff, and especially the current, have always been very courteous, friendly, helpful, engaging, and professional. Their advice is first class, and we should support our local pharmacies. You cannot ask for better. Or more!
Staff are very helpful and friendly. Pharmacists are very knowledgeable and have the patients safety at the core of their practice. Having worked in the NHS for 30 years I can say with confidence that I trust this pharmacy so much more than the nearest high street brand across the road from it.
