   Extremely rude receptionist who spoke over me the second I got to the counter. Tried to explain that I had been told to come by NHS 111 but just got told about painkillers before any assessment could take place.

   Don't try to get a passport picture on a Saturday, because "the machine isn't switched on." I would have been happy to wait, but I wasn't given the option and was asked to come back on another day. Glad I didn't inconvenience them!

   Now that I’m in my 60s I need a lot more medication than I used to and Medicos is the pharmacy I use for these. I’m in here most weeks and the service is excellent: courteous, efficient and always helpful. Thanks to all the staff at this excellent pharmacy!

   Rude pharmacist. Will be making a formal complaint. I’ve worked 25 years for NHS . Terrible service regarding prescription , that had not been downloaded from spine but was on its way . Son chronic asthmatic needed inhaler . On NHS website states emergency inhaler can be issued, this is also on the lung and Asthma website. Obviously needs educating awful service .

   Desperation makes us use this pharmacy as the local GP sends all prescriptions here. Customer service does not need to improve as there will always be desperate people. Doctors pharmacy civil services where customers are forced to use their services should need to adhere to strict guidelines. Sadly this is not the case. Your elderly sales lady with the funny voice is well past her sell by date and clearly does not enjoy working there for example
