Excellent experience at their travel clinic. Very friendly and patient service and the prices were better than I found elsewhere. Lovely family-run feel to the place and will definitely come back here whenever I need something travel/pharmacy related.
Excellent pharmacy, family owned and a pillar of the community. Need advice? Staff are friendly and helpful. When I need prescriptions, they are super fast. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you to everyone who works there and provides excellent service to us all!

I really wish I could remember her name, but I had one of the most helpful and informative experiences with one of the pharmacists at this location. This was also completely unprompted as I think she could tell I was a bit confused and just generally feeling unwell. She made sure I knew exactly how to use each of my new medications and even caught a mistake that the doctor at Lewisham’s urgent care had made, called the doctor right away, and got it corrected. This experience was made all the better because I felt like she actually cared and genuinely wanted to help, which was far from the very unpleasant interaction I had with the doctor at urgent care who basically seemed like she just wanted to get rid of me as soon as possible. If you live in or around the Ladywell area or just need a quick prescription pick up after a visit to the hospital, I highly recommend choosing Sheel. Quick, informative and overall just very pleasant people.
