only one till open other employees vibing and talking while there’s a queue of 20 people in a tiny shop. at least i found the product i wanted
despite their system saying they had a prescription in stock, they didn’t, meaning 2 days of waiting while they ordered it in over a weekend
Not sure what’s going on there or if somethings changed with the team but the pharmacy staff are not very welcoming or helpful. Really slow on actioning prescriptions sent from my GP (I’m talking days). I’ve ended up going in an asking for it a few times and I get met with “did we text you to let you know it was really” and actual eye rolling and a huff. I’m sure a lot of people would love not to have to be on regular medication and really don’t need to be met with that kind of service when trying to collect medication.
The Asian lady that was in there was not only on her phone whilst standing at the door playing security. She was also watching me making my experience shopping very uncomfortable. Tuesday 8th July 2025 at 18:45pm.
The blond lady that works at pharmacy is the best. Very knowledgeable, excellent customer service from her as always.

Young incompetent lady at till charged me £27 for tube of Boots brand ibuprofen gel.I questioned her said not right, she then did something on till and charged right amount, but I didn't tap my bank card until I saw right amount.I asked why she charged £27 said didn't know. She asked if I wanted receipt which I did.She gave me a torn receipt in half said sorry it ripped with a slight smile.I took it but was angry, snd said by the way there is a way to get a duplicate receipt, said she didn't knowI said she needs to ask colleagues for more training. So be careful.
Really good pharmacy staff but store needs a refurb falling apart
