   Mainly laughing constantly, not even listening to me, just telling me to go and see my doctor for more pain killers. Are you kidding me after just giving them a prescription for pain killers. Short woman with thick dark hair , Bad customer service with no sense of stock on broad, extremely poor place to try and pick up medicine from. If you want to be in funfair teacup and saucer ride whistle not feeling well, when devs chemistry would be the place to be, 100 times sicker. I was Totally ignore and disrespect during the process of trying to get some medicine.

   I honestly think this chemist is one of the worst, everytime someone is waiting, they completely ignore you, you have to make noise to get some sort of acknowledgment, staff always have an attitude when you try to correct them on that, customer service is poor and that’s why they’ve only got 2+ stars

   Probably the poorest service of any chemist or any other business I regularly use. Examples of just left waiting on the phone whilst they allegedly check receipt of prescriptions, never to return. One person contradicting another and today I find they waited 4 (non Bank Hol) working days to call my Doctor to request prescription and had the audacity to say it was because of Easter Bank Holidays! I gave an extra star to reflect that they are busy, but are totally inefficient. DO NOT DEPEND ON THEM.

   My pharmacy for two years, never thought it could be this bad. Surprising every time: one time I am being ignored by the person behind the counter when I’m the only client, another time I am being refused emergency prescription because they “never heard of such thing” or again refused my regular one because my date of birth was read wrong… glad I’m moving.

   Definitely NOT AT ALL SERVICE. Short lady with dark hair, in Deva Pharmacy is not customer friendly. Asked for rubbing alcohol she said not in stock, she didn't show any interest in trying to get it from their supplier. Unfriendly service, and their shelves are empty. I hope Devs Pharmacy will change supplier, as your stock is drying off by the look of empty shelves. Please improve your customer service ASAP.

   Don't waste your time going here, useless, slow staff who cant find your prescription on the system after 20 minutes and the place is filthy. Disgraceful.

   I have used dev’s chemist for many years. The staff, pharmacist an management are all so so lovely. They have even gone to drs to try an chase up a emg proscription once for me.too. They always have a smile on there faces no matter how busy they are. My prescriptions are always ready on time too. Thank you devs staff.

   What chemist has a half day Saturday, closes all day Sunday and closes up before closing hours recorded on their website during the weekday. Repeat prescription never arrive as ordered - poor / dangerous practice - I’ve even been given the wrong prescription with way higher dose than prescribed
