   I would just like to be treated as a civil human being! I was given mislead information by someone at this pharmacist, now instead of being apologetic I was told it wasn’t them I called but I called another pharmacy. So first of all I’m deluded and I’ve got time to call and lie about something your colleague clearly told me, and after the phone randomly being passed to someone else while I was talking, to then be rushed of the phone because you have no time to deal with my issue! Marvellous customer service work, I must say exceptional. One thing in the future for you all, own your mistakes.

   Family friendly pharmacy, absolutely amazing place, product availability /presentation/hygiene is 5 star, staff members are absolute professional with touch of people's person characteristics and personality. They go above and beyond to provide the level of service you deserve. Very easy to open up to and talk to about all your ailments. My whole family been with this pharmacy for over 15+ years, they exceed my expectations and needs . I wouldn't change to any other pharmacies even though I have others nearby.

   Judgmental and inappropriate member of staff. When I told her I wanted to get emergency contraception and she found out it was my second in a month she smiled and looked at me with clear condescension. If you are a healthcare professional be considerate of how it feels to expose your personal life to a stranger and don’t talk down to and look at people in a way that makes them feel uncomfortable. Will not be returning.

   All of the staff are super helpful and friendly. Jay is superlative. As a pharmacist and as an osteopath he combines deep wisdom that comes from years of curiosity and practice with a real compassion for the patient and a willingness to listen. Likewise Antonietta. I recommend the practice all the time and the people who have taken up my recommendation always tell me that they come to same opinion as me about it. Thouroghly recommend it!
