Disappointing customer service, I was left waiting for medication for over a week and no one from the chemist called to tell me they were out of stock. The dr inadvertently prescribed me 50ml rather than 500ml and the chemist refused to give me the 500ml medication, even tho it is a repeat prescription. I have now been in the chemist for over 30 minutes trying to get through to my gp because I am currently going through chemotherapy and cannot wait until Friday once my dr amends the prescription and I do not have the strength to keep coming back.
