   An absolute privilege to find a pharmacy where all the staff are kind and cannot do enough to help. I have never had an issue with mistakes and the pharmacist is excellent. Overall, this hidden pharmacy is such a gem therefore I have scored Kamsons 5* rating.

   Brilliant and attentive staff always from the pharmacists to the dispensers they all are very pleasant to deal with, well stocked pharmacy and competitive pricing. Have been using them since I was a teenager and I'm 34 now. I've moved away from the area but still make a point of nominating this as my number one pharmacy and always go there to collect my medication. I will keep using them until they either close or no longer exist!

   At your own risk use this pharmacy. Made numerous mistakes on my dad's medication. They wouldn't even apologies for the mistakes. Better pharmacy on Devons Road Green light. They constantly chat away amongst them selves as if they are doing every one a favour. Other pharmacies do free home delivery on Roman Rd too. It would be better if an independent pharmacist takes this pharmacy that can give a better service!

   Dreadful experience. Ignored when trying to pay for goods while they talked incessantly in another language to who i thought was another staff member. Couldn't tell who was who as they were having this long conversation in front of the counter and not wearing anything that could differentiate them from a member of the public. When I said that I would like to pay for the goods, the female scowled and said I can pay when she finishes speaking with the 'customer. Thankfully a young man from the back of the pharmacy must-have heard her response and came to serve me. Never again, so disappointing.

   Very bad experience. I was waiting for 10minutes outside the pharmacy and the pharmacist saw but ignored. There were 3 adults along with two kids from same family inside just to get medicine for one person voilating the social distancing rules when there has been a banner that only two people can come inside. After the family came out they said that the pharmacy is closed though the closing time is 6.30pm. The pharmacist dint even bother to spare few minutes to provide me with medication and just ignored, he was not even looking at me like I was invisible to him. Dont know if the members inside were related to eachother but that is not way to treat a person being pharmacist or running a pharmacy.

   Always happy to help advise on best product to use for over-counter purchases. Staff are really friendly here and know their regulars well. Its lovely to see how neighbourly and respectful they are with the elderly customers, asking how they are, their pet, allotment or just talking about weather. For some thats the only interaction they get all day and staff always smile and chat nicely, not rushing them off to serve the next customer. They can get very busy sometimes, but their organised and so I've never waited more than a few minutes to get what was needed. When my father was on pallative care, we needed medicines which aren't regularly stocked and so as soon as it arrived, they delivered it to my door. They also have plenty of beauty, hygiene and baby products and offer passport photo taking.
