   Horrific service and communication. They told my doctor on the phone that they had my meds in stock. When I get there after a long and painful walk due to my injury, it takes over an hour for them to prepare the meds, only to tell me they don’t have one of them in stock over half an hour after beginning preparation. They knew it was for pain relief and didn’t bother to say anything until the last minute. When asked about why things are taking so long, they got defensive and rude. Will never be returning here again and hope they learn some professionalism.

   I’ve been using the pharmacy regularly for the past few years and have found all the staff to be friendly and helpful. I always receive a call to see how I’m getting on with a new medication and have had a few of my Covid and flu jabs there (Anna has a way with a needle!). I get a text when my prescription is ready or a call if there’s an issue. Not sure what more one can ask for?

   I have been a customer at the Roman Road Britannia Pharmacy for about 5 years and my experience here has been good without exception. The counter is well staffed so waiting time is kept to a minumum. I have always found pharmacy staff here to be efficient, polite and friendly. On a few occasions I have observed them dealing with some very difficult customers with patience, professionalism and kindness. Britannia text me promptly when my prescription is ready, which I appreciate. I can confidently recommend this branch!

   This chemist was very good for several months, but when they mess up they mess up big time. When you tell them they dont want to apologise, and they dont listen properly to what you say. No apology for leaving me without meds which were vital. Had to ring 111. Then had to get what I needed from another chemist. Honestly that appalling.

   Called asking whether my prescription arrived, the person on the phone was very blunt and spoke rudely. She didn't even offer to check tracker to see where my prescription went even though I told her that I don't collect medication regularly. Referred me back to the surgery, but would have been much easier to check online for me as she has all my details in front of her. I have worked in a pharmacy myself, even when it is busy, there's no need talking to patients like that, she didn't even answer the phone in a welcoming manner.
