I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for years, they’re lovely kind people and always do their best to help. Rupia kindly helped me today with all my prescriptions.
Rupiya and her colleagues have been wonderful in looking after me over the last 18 months, in which I have needed help with complex medication problems. Best pharmacy in Tower Hamlets if not London.

Staff are elcomin and helpful. Prices are really good and stuff is cheaper than the main supermarkets. I get 10% discount for anything I buy, including prescriptions. They deliver the prescriptions as they arrive for free
This place is one of my favourite things about living in Bow. Always feel exceptionally looked after and cared for by all of the staff. All are extremely knowledgeable and you can see they genuinely care about the well-fare of their community, most of whom they know by name and who they never rush out the door. Special thanks to Rupīa who spent ages with me talking me through an issue I was dealing with. She compared her pharmaceutical knowledge with her own personal experiences with products I was tossing up. She was warm, comforting and really helpful. I love this place!!

Same as previous reviewer Extremely Unprofessional & underhanded! First time using this pharmacy rang them to ask them to order my repeat prescription to be told it was already in the shop and I had already asked for it! Which I could not understand as I hadn't requested it, call taker could not explain how my medicine got to the shop without my knowledge advising several ideas that the doctor sent it which they never do and that I had called which I didn't, he then advised he is just a night worker, I asked for a manager to call me 3 days later I am still waiting for the manager to call. Also both medicines I was ordering are different timings so I do not understand how they knew to order the correct ones which they could not answer either! Will not be using them
Lovely customer service, staff member named Delwar was very caring and kind, as I’m pregnant, He asked if I had been seen I was only waiting for 2 mins he supported me and was friendly which I really appreciated, normally you don’t get this sort of service, I just want to say I really appreciate your service thank you bell pharmacy
Brand new robots outside their pharmacy which means I can collect my medication in a safe way any time of the day as I wish, beside that they do offer 6 days a week FREE delivery, strongly recommend them, i have recetly registered my disabled my mum there and their service is much better than her previous pharmacy, THANKS BELL PHARMACY
