Staff seem friendly enough but have witnessed staff telling off pharmacy assistants infront of customers. Not professional and not very nice to witness. Also very long waiting times.
I had my travel vaccinations here and it was a good experience. Staff were friendly, helpful and informative.
Worst pharmacy and customer service I’ve ever experienced. Could only give me half my prescription. When I went back they said my prescription had expired and wouldn’t fulfill what I paid for and wouldn’t refund me what I was owed. The pharmacy was extremely rude

The worst pharmacy ever they never ever pick up always have to call about 10-15times and the call drops everytime takes them over 20mins to pick up IF your lucky even then when they pick up they not helpful and rush you. Repeat prescription requests take forever to process you go in store to collect and they lie and say no one called to request it even though I have and multiple phone calls to prove this. Super moody and dismissive in store there is so many of them behind the counter and so you think they would work faster or pick up the phone quicker but no? The place gets packed with customers and they work like snails and are too busy chatting to one another while we all just stand there what a rubbish pharmacy baffles me how they even got 3 stars and above utter rubbish place. The manager is lazy and needs to sort his/her staff out and the process of repeat prescriptions request needs to be reviewed.
Nice clean pharmacy! Unfortunately the service is so slow, it's like as if they're working very hard towards "slowest service provider Award". Never been in and out of Green Light Pharmacy under 15 minutes for simple prescriptions. I've even waited 30 minutes plus on 2 occasions. Given I've only used this pharmacy 6 times since joining local GP Surgery, that's abysmal.
Excellent service and customer service, I have been using this pharmacy for many years for me and my family specially for my mother before she past away suffering from stroke for long time even they used to deliver her medicine to our house. Thank you guys for your services
My boyfriend and I went today for a travelling vaccination . 5 stars to Natalia! Super knowledgeable and kind! She included a consultation with some travel tips and. thanks to her we understood what sort kind of vaccines we needed! We will go back for any further help service!
The managers and staff of Greenlight are amazing! They are friendly, polite and always remember my name. They make me feel like a valued customer and member of the community. Their knowledge and efforts are endless and they often go beyond their call of duty to get me what I need everytime.
