I have used this pharmacy for over 20 years, through all it's name and staff changes. I have always received a good service. There have been some off days where my GP surgery has not sent over the prescription or the medication has not been delivered but not often. The late opening is very handy for my work, which allows me to collect my prescriptions easily. They also send a message to let me know my prescription is ready. The service is great here, you can also see a pharmacist for minor medical emergencies.

Rude staff, say they donβt have stock of stuff when what I needed was literally behind them. Always mistreating costumers. Worse pharmacy Iβve been too. It deserves 0 stars.

I have only used this pharmacy twice since moving to Clapton and both times were so awful that I have no choice but to leave this review and change my nominated pharmacy. The first time I went, they had somehow printed someone else's name onto the label of my prescription and accused me of pretending to be this person. It took them ages to figure out that it was their mistake, even when presented with proof of my NHS number and other details. The second time, I queued for ages while several staff members hung about behind the counter. Then a man came in and was immediately greeted and served by someone. When I asked directly if I could collect my prescription, the same staff member was quite rude to me and took ages to locate my prescription, leading me to believe it wasn't there. Both times in this place have been genuinely quite stressful. I can't believe how poorly organised they are and how little they care!! Please avoid if you can because I don't trust them to look after people.

Donβt even deserve one star. Rude customer service. These youngβs girl have very bad attitude. All these girls always laughing eveytime someone walks in. Looks like they are forced to be there. Not happy with the service. When doing phone calls to order prescriptions, Melis or Melli if she gave the correct name has no manners. Wanted to hang up the phone very quickly.

I chose this pharmacy based on its proximity to my house. However, the pharmacy's location is where I would draw the line of positive feedback. The normal staff are indifferent to their customers and have become impatient or flippant on occasion, now this is fair given by the stress, lack of higher level support and funding of working in the health service. Generally this would be expected and to some extent even acceptable...if... they were competent at doing their job. I have been turned away on multiple occasions because they have told me that an important prescription of mine has not been sent, delivered or processed correctly by my doctor. I have then confirmed with my doctor who then must take time out of their day to call this pharmacy and as if magically, with professional urgency, my prescription appears. On this particular occasion. I am rudely condescended to by what seems a managing pharmacist that how I ( a customer requiring medication) have caused the pharmacy to conduct "pointless work" (their job). He then cared not for dialogue in which I could better understand what had happened in this clear administrative mistake, with no apology at all from him or any of the staff. Whilst I feel it is important to support the employees of local pharmacies and to give the benefit of the doubt to those working in the health service, I feel it is imperative to highlight issues in consumer experience relating to respect, professionalism and general care. Unfortunately this was the last time visiting this pharmacy due to too many negative experiences.

I asked for contact lenses washing solution and they gave me eye wash, which is something completely different. I was in a hurry and didn't notice as the packaging is identical. Went back a couple of days later to exchange with the correct item but they refused to do anything (exchange or refund)... they were extremely rude although it was their mistake and they said there is nothing they can do! I'm not going back there as they have no idea what they're doing...!

Long waits, staff are not trained for customer service. Please check medication expiry as I have medication I need as and when which usually lasts over a year. The last one they gave me expires in less than 6 months.

This place is sooooo slow and the temp staff are rude. They can not cope with the amount of clients they have due to the other pharmacist across the road closing. They are not good at practicing data protection either. Very frustratingβ¦..
