Last year my wife booked a flu vaccine appointment and they cancelled last minute. I should have remembered that because I booked here this year and one day before my appointment they've cancelled on me. I would find any other pharmacy to be honest, they're just not reliable.
Had my flu jab here today and the pharmacist was absolutely lovely, no complaints and painless
Cancelled my flu jab 1 hour before the appointment time.
Great staff in person, they're nice. But I am never able to get through over the phone! I've even called continuously to see that it says line busy and still rings with no answer after that. I just had a question about my medication
You can hardly ever get through. The phone will ring at length only to be cut off. When you do get through to ask for a repeat prescription you always have to chase to find out if it is ready despite being told they will text meaning you are having to go through the whole saga of trying to get through on the telephone. Need to do better...much better!!
Never had a problem with the chemist, always helpful and polite. The MyGP app was playing me up a few months ago, so phoned the chemist to ask to order my prescription on my behalf, the pharmacist ordered them for me straight away. I also booked up for a flu jab recently and I was a little early and had the flu jab done earlier. Good chemist
Friendly and helpful staff. You can get prescriptions delivered here electronically from your GP, so you know it's ready for collection before you go in. UPDATED: not open all weekend now, so downrated from 5 to 3 stars
Good helpfull staff, good quality medication , most of the time available, if not in stock the happy to order for next day, only downsite is that waiting time for prescription while in pharmacy. Wish this could be faster.
In recent years it takes several visits to get your full prescription. They tend to blame the doctor, but that doesn't cause incorrect items, incorrect doses, out of date items, etc. In the past the service has always been curious but recently that has changed also.
Well stocked in general and the staff is nice. The downside is that I had return 3 times to do a flu jab and they eventually told me to come back a 4th time, as the nurse wasn't there this time either. I went to Boots and had it done the same day.
