Very rude and dismissive, they didn’t even have the decency to talk to me. They closed earlier than usual and signed to me like I was an imbecile. If you value your energy I would go to a different pharmacy that actually has medications available like McGregors Chemist in priory court absolutely lovely and beautiful people .

Not possible to have a more helpful pharmacy. I take a range of heart meds and they are always sorting issues with prescription ‘supply chain’ from request to gp and back. Helped out numerous times, very friendly and excellent with advice.

Hopeless. On NHS database as offering blood pressure checks for folks on medication. Rang , first in queue waited 15 minutes. No we're Allied pharmacy now. So no we don't offer thst without a referral. Have they ever tried calling their GP Pants service . Avoid.

Never open when they should be. Extremely rude front of house staff. So slow it is unbelievable. Just seems that all the staff want to be working out back. How the hell can a shop assistant think she is a pharmacy assistant. Oh dear you had best not complain, because you will get a barrage of abuse. I will never set foot in that chemist again.

It was my dedicated pharmacy, so I asked my 20yrs old son to pick up my prescription only to find out that this time there is no record of my family in their system!( We used their Services before) . When I wanted to pick up a prescription myself,I have been told that is to late (5:15) to realize the prescription. Another of their trick is to keep people outside in the rain or close in the middle of the day while customers are waiting.

My infant daughter had an urgent prescription sent to this pharmacy. There was a line of 20 people outside. I tried 50+ times to call to release the prescription to another pharmacy and nobody answered the phone all day. When my partner went back at 8.50am the following morning (they're supposed to open at 9am) he waited until 9.30am before a locum advised the pharmacy was shut for the day. The locum had been waiting outside too, but the pharmacy was not opened. This is unacceptable and has meant my daughter could not obtain urgent medication.

I’d like to file a complaint, the staffs at the pharmacy were very rude. I went there 3 times for my HPV vaccination, but never got vaccinated. The first time I went they said I didn’t have an appointment so I booked my appointment again when I got back home. The second time when I was about to leave my house they called saying my appointment was cancelled as the staff was on having their lunch. The third time I didn’t receive anything about my vaccination being cancelled but when I arrived they told me there was no one there allowed to vaccinate me.I only received a message of my appointment being cancelled an hour after my appointment time. Every time I booked my appointment I always called the pharmacy to confirm my appointment time and every time they would pick up the phone but leave me on hold. From my house to the pharmacy is at least an hour by bus I wasted a lot of time and money trying to get myself vaccinated but after so many attempts I’m still not vaccinated.

I've been a regular customer for 3 years and I've never had issues before, if I knew this would happen I would ask to leave early at work, but since I've never had issues before I couldn't predict this. The queues were always long but I've always been served. But this week I've had the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I was running out of medication that cause serious side effects if not taken regularly, it's dangerous to abruptly stop. On their website it says they close at 5:30 but I asked and they said its not accurate and they always close at 7pm except weekends. I went on Thursday at 5:40 after work and they were closed. I thought oh, maybe they started closing at 5:30 on Thursday after all. No problem, I went again on Friday, they were already shutting at 5:30 AGAIN, they refused to serve me, they said they are too busy, I explained I need my medicine ASAP I only have 1 left and I can't abruptly stop taking them. He told me to come back on Monday, when normally they are also open on Saturdays? I once again stressed how badly I need them, he said he will release the prescription and I should go pick it up at another pharmacy. I ran to another pharmacy I waited there for 30 mins they said they can't see my prescription on the system. I tried calling Lloyds to remind them to release my medicine and they refused to answer the phone. I stood there for 30 mins trying to call them. Nothing. I called my GP asking for help they said they can't do anything for me until Lloyds releases my prescription because my medication has really strict guidelines and they can't prescribe more than I was already prescribed. Told me to call another pharmacy again to check if my prescription was released as it can take a while. Called Waterman pharmacy this morning (Saturday) and they said Lloyds have not done it. They are now closed for some reason and I am left with no medication till Monday. I am extremely upset and worried about withdrawal symptoms I will get over the weekend. The ladies at Lloyds have always been reliable and helpful but how the man I've never seen before treated me this week, who didn't let me in no matter how much I begged and hasn't released my prescription like he said he would so I can go to another pharmacy was appalling. I understand that it can get busy but some things should be taken on a case by case basis instead of straight up refusing service and withholding serious medication from patients.

The staff are always very pleasant and helpful and I think incredibly overworked. Lloyd’s pharmacy group need to look at this. the opening hours are chaotic and wait times are crazily long . I went into work an hour late to drop in for my prescription, it was way after opening hours, staff were there, no note on the door, waited ages along with other people and then had to leave. My concern is also that there are often elderly, vulnerable people waiting in these queues also.

Very poor service. They can never find your prescription, even if they are not busy you have to wait for ages. Pharmacists change often, when I visited he refused to even talk to me and just said to go to GP without knowing what my problem was (which could have been resolved with over the counter medication) The assistant there felt very embarrassed herself for the pharmacist's rude behaviour. They don't help their customers and definitely not the overworked GPs either.
