Terrible customer service. Rudeness on the phone for simply trying to request a prescription. Do not use this pharmacy
Highly recommend this pharmacy. The pharmacist is very helpful and kind even the staff as well.
I went in here with a private prescription - the employee at the counter looked at it for about 1.5 seconds then shrugged, shook her head and handed it back to me. She didn't even bother to communicate with me verbally/ look for the medication/ explain they didn't have it/ tell me why she wasn't going to serve me.
I am disappointed from this pharmacy and I am going to move after almost 3 weeks waiting to receive my medication to be order

Cavendish pharmacy is my favorite one. I have been visiting this Pharmacy since 2005 for all my needs. The customer service they provided is excellent. All my questions were thoroughly discussed and clearly answered. All my over the counter and, prescription medications were readily available. I recommend this pharmacy for everyone. Their over the counter prices are very reasonable. I will continue going there anytime I need to deal with a pharmacy, it is so comfortable to deal with the staff over there.
Great service, friendly family run business who care about their patients and go above and beyond to help them not just to provide medication. The pharmacist has taken time out to speak to me in a private consultation about my concerns around some of my medications and she provided me with great explanation of what my medication is and how it will help my condition. It was very reassuring to know I am in capable hands and that I can speak to someone whenever I had concerns.
Professional and very helpful. The pharmacist explained my medications clearly as well as doing my medication review and gave me priceless advice which helped me reduce my medications side effects. The staff are very helpful and approachable. They helped me get in-touch with my GP and sorted out all my repeat medications . Wonderful
