   I am always happy with the lady who serves me in the afternoon, that always gives me 7 days prescription when GP has not sent the prescription. However, the chemist at night is not helpful or considerate by giving me 3 days medication only. The act is simply not thoughtful since GP does not operate during the weekend.

   I’ve been really pleased with the service provided by a young woman who serves me regularly. She’s a pharmacy student and consistently demonstrates excellent customer service,always polite, kind, and attentive. Her professionalism and positive attitude truly stand out, and I always leave feeling satisfied. So far, I haven’t encountered any rude staff, but if I ever do, I won’t hesitate to speak up.

   The Bluedew pharmacy should not be judged by its very small & humble shop front; the staff are providing the local community with an excellent service. It’s evident that the staff genuinely care about their customers, knowing many by face & they also have reasonable prices (£1 for 32 Paracetamols!). Highly recommend this small but dedicated pharmacy.

   Always have to call them few times before I get my complete order. They usually blame it on GP that they never got prescription when I can see on my NHS app it has been sent off. Very poor service.
