Staff are rude and lied to my face. Wasted my time on four different occasions with their dishonesty. I only recently transferred to them because Tesco Pharmacy closed and will be changing pharmacy ASAP

Got excellent service and recommendations here today from a very competent and empathetic pharmacist at the counter, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch. I appreciated that she recommended a herbal treatment for my soar throat and cough. Thank you for your help today!
Excellent, professional service. The staff are always pleasant, despite the current challenges in sourcing medications. It is also very well stocked with vitamins, first aid items etc. Highly recommended.

Went to pick up my antibiotic that was prescribed. I was told that the antibiotic was out of stock and I needed to call my GP to change it. it's was already too late to call the GP that day and it's not very easy to get hold of someone. So I asked if they were out of stock or it's out of stock nationwide. The staff member said Nationwide and that I needed to call my GP. Next day I called the GP and I was told that another local pharmacy has it. I went to Eclipse to get my prescription printed so I could get it from another pharmacy. I told them that I was very annoyed because of them not informing me correctly and I had to go without the antibiotic for a day. The pharmacist was very rude and said I could go elsewhere. I said that's what I was trying to do. A staff member brought my prescription, and instead of hand it to me she threw it at the counter. Very unprofessional. Will not go there again!!

I went to this pharmacy yesterday afternoon. People who work there are very good in doing their job and provided me an excellent service. They were very knowledgeable, expert, fast, and very courteous with me both on the phone and in person. There should be more people like them to work at the NHS pharmacies.
The staff here are always friendly, efficient and helpful. I’ve picked up prescriptions from here and accessed their vaccine clinic. The pharmacist explained each vaccine side effects and ensured the administration was as comfortable as could be.
