Their website says they are open today, Saturday 27th December, but when I went to collect medication a little after 10.30 the shutters were down and the shop closed. They are also not answering their phone. Not really acceptable.
A nice friendly local chemist who know us by name, very rare that prescriptions not in stock on the day but ready the next. Always like to support local businesses rather than the bigger ones.
The receptionist is very friendly and helpful but she seems to be restricted by the pharmacy who appears very unfriendly and I helpful. He has never come to the front to speak to me but prefers to speak over the top of the shelf’s for all other customers to hear. They never seem to have the medication you need and you will receive no advice apart from “go to the GP” which everyone knows is now impossible. The service by the pharmacy is poor but the receptionist seems friendly and helpful if she can be.
Always helpful and amazes me what they stock on top of usual pharmacy stuff. Everything from cleaning stuff to children’s toys.

Nice people and they stock good products along with the normal pharmacy stuff. I would love to give them 5 stars, but they never open at advertised times. It is really inconvenient. A pharmacy should be reliable - this one I have come to rely on needing to come back another time, as it isn't open when advertised. Please just open at 9am, that is when all the parents have finished their school runs and can pop in.

Buyer beware. Definitely do not get asthma inhalers from here. They give dodgy off-brand ones which run out very quickly. I received a fully defective one with no propellant in which they outright refused to replace. Very bad customer service.
Lovely people, always helpful and professional, and they sell a variety of useful goods, it's nice to have them in the neighbourhood!
