   So dreadful words can’t even describe. I don’t think a single person knows what’s going on in there; in fact I wouldn’t be shocked if they just plucked some shoppers out at random and asked them to do a shift. Couldn’t tell you where the till was far less your prescription. When you ask a question, they just stare at you with a glazed over look surprised you’re asking them something to do with their job. Outrageous they’re in charge of people’s medication when they couldn’t run a bath far less a pharmacy. AVOID

   Kept asking me to wait 5-10mins for 35 mins. After the last time I gave up and left. Waste of time. Very slow. Poor comms.

   Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience with this pharmacy. The staff are extremely slow, even when there are no other customers, and they don’t seem to pay proper attention to patients. They even gave me the wrong medication, despite having the correct prescription. This kind of mistake is unacceptable, especially when it concerns someone’s health. I have decided to switch to a different pharmacy because I no longer feel safe or confident using their services. I hope they take steps to improve their organisation and professionalism.

   Boy I can’t give these people a 0 star, I’ve had to collect medication for myself or my husband and these people don’t have manners, the staff are throwing things around, or just sucking their teeth when you ask a question or come to collect something. Then a barrage of come back (blank) mins later or your items aren’t here when they have them. We’ve had to phone the manager who told us items were in stock to be sucked at by a kid behind the counter and told why you collecting items later I’m busy !

   This pharmacy is a joke they do not answer the phone I have actually gone in and phoned them while I'm at the counter and it rings on my end but not theirs they put the phone on silent One of the employes told me it's not our fault we get told to do it by the pharmacist there are people in need of serious medication the main pharmacist is very rude This place needs to be invested by the gphc

   Horrible customer service. One of the black ladies with glasses is extremely rude. I went with a massive tooth infection, I was asking her questions about my antibiotics and her attitude was like I don't care what you are saying. Please hire people with manners!
