Overall, a good service, especially the new girl which speaks Russian. BUT the problem is that they don't work on Saturdays, the opening time is short, which causes me sometimes to run out of medication
Had pre-ordered my prescription 2 weeks before hand and as it was busy yesterday they palmed me off well one particular lady did. It turns out it was there all along today. I think a couple of ladies are profiling people and prioritising. There are some professionals their otherwise it be much lower.
This pharmacy didn't have one of medicines in my prescription and they told that I could pay and take it next Day. I tried to collect my medication for a week and it was never available. My problem got worst and the doctor gave me the medicine in the hospital. I came back in the pharmacy today to ask for refund and first a lady told that I couldn't have my refund because it was an order. I told her that it is not what the law says. After she said that only the pharmacist could process the refund and he was not in. This is soo frustrating.
Extremely slow. I only use it because its local to me. I always know that I must have plenty time when coming and not be in a rush. They have plenty staff but it doesn't do much.
Sad to say goodbye to all at Manson's as we are moving away today. All the staff have been so helpful over the years going to miss you all. Thank you so much for your help and advice wish you all the best for the future.
This Pharmacy had really good staff I am a regular and I know the shop is well represented and very clean. There was a girl that stood out she was trying to get everything done you can tell she works hard.
They are soooo slow. The amount of times I've missed a train or appointment because they start tending to other customers or need 3 people to tend to one person. No longer using as my nominated pharmacy. If you can't multitask effectively then don't.
